IF we could grow our own wheat...we would! Being this is unrealistic, most of our supplies and ingredients are purchased from our local grocers (primarily HEB) and other local retailers. We purchase the local honey we use at the Sugar Land Farmers Market. We grow the remaining items in our home garden or in our window box (herbs, seasonings, vegetables, etc.) or make them in our kitchen (yogurt, vanilla extract, etc.)
No. We currently do not use "additives or preservatives" in our baked goods and thus our products have a natural shelf life (meaning, take your time to enjoy them, but eat them within a weeks duration...or you will have a mold factory). We note "currently" above because, assuming the WORLD catches on to the quality and reputation of our offering, and said world [outside of our immediate community and close proximity] demands our products be SHIPPED to their respective destination--we will need to add preservatives to simply make shipping a reality
