It's been a year and a half since we bottled this Blanc du Bois wine, home grown on our homestead (lot) in River Park, Sugar Land, TX. Not a huge harvest--we we able to get seven bottles--but considering it came from our backyard, we are very proud.

Starting with 80-100 pounds of grapes grown; 50 pounds picked; 30 pounds squeeze; 2 gallons of juice resulting in 7 finished bottles.

Rather dry but tasty with a distinctive apple cider flavor. Looking forward to tasting our 2024 and comparing the differences between vintages...this time next year.
