• 1-1/2 lbs honey whole wheat bread, rectangular loaf (whole wheat flour, wheat flour, water, bread flour, salt, olive oil, yeast...and an ample amout of local honey): the taste of which is simply delightful; great on it's own but I prefer it smothered in butter.
